Gray Construction, Inc., is a family owned residential construction company founded in 2001 by Mike and Greg Gray in Colonial Beach, Virginia.and we've been building homes in Colonial Beach and the Northern Neck ever since. We're not a national franchise — we're your neighbors, and we've always understood that our reputation is only as strong as the last home we built.
Our in-house team of Class A licensed, insured, and bonded residential builders brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. We don't subcontract the work out — the same crew you meet at the beginning is the crew that finishes your home.
